Wall Street Workouts was founded by Erik Gressett, a Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Science student, after seeing firsthand the toll that high-pressure, finance careers with long hours can take on health, energy, and mental performance.
Through personal experience with friends and family members working on Wall Street, Erik saw a recurring problem. Highly capable professionals were driven and disciplined at work, yet struggled to find the time, structure, and guidance needed to train effectively, often resulting in deteriorating health. Many wanted to work out consistently but did not know what to do, how to program properly, or how to find the time to balance fitness with demanding schedules.
